Consulting – Ascend Technologies, (ATI) provides services for product certification, corporate communications standards, vender qualification, communications assessment and development of RFI (Request for Information), RFQ (Request for Quote), and RFP (Request For Pricing) for LAN, WAN, telephony, wireless, security, CCTV, CATV, paging & sound masking systems.
Design – ATI provides expertise in the enterprise design of voice & data LAN / WAN systems, including but not limited to hubs, switches, routers, SNMP management tools, PBX, key systems, VoIP, security, wireless, sound masking, and structured cabling systems.
Engineering – Ascend has a highly trained and certified professional staff including designers, engineers, & project managers. Ascend sells and services only systems that we are certified in including: Molex, Siemens, Vodavi, Samsung, Nortel, Cisco, 3com, Microsoft, Novell, Valcom, Proxim, Panasonic, Paradox, Dyna-sound.
Installation – Nationwide LAN/WAN network services, structured cabling systems, and telephony are our primary focus and expertise. Our professionally trained project managers are experienced in national roll out services and national projects, regardless of size or geographical location. Ascend Technologies has several hundred technicians and integration partners strategically located through out the US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Our national capabilities stem from our AIM program (Ascend Integration Management). Ascend has managed and installed projects on a national basis from one single location to as many as 1,000 workstations.
Support – Our national support line 1-866-4ascend (1-866-427-2363) is available 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Ascend Technologies has developed a project management program within our corporate website to allow our customers with a customer ID and password, (supplied at the start of the project) the online capability to review their project status and communicate with our support staff on a regular basis. This system was developed for, but not limited to, national accounts in an effort to make customer communication simple, convenient, and responsive.
